What time would you pick me up?

We’ll send you your exact pickup time the day before your experience — around 5 PM. Expect it to be sometime between 4:20 and 5:00 AM (early birds, we know ).

Do I need to bring something?

Mandatory:
• Towels
• Swimming Suit (Highly recommended to wear it under your clothes)
• Cash for your meals and drinks (arounrd 300 pesos per person)

How many time will be spent on the van?

On the way there 3 hours, on the way back 4 hours with a quick stop for a snack. (We can stop as many times as needed, but we just have one schedule stop).

Can I fly my drone?

Totally doable — just remember, it’s all at your own risk.

Can I bring my pet, service dog, emotional support dog?

Sorry, no pets allowed — it’s part of the site’s policy. We love animals too, but this one’s out of our hands.

Where will you pick me up?

We’ll pick you up right at your place if you’re in one of these neighborhoods: Roma, Condesa, Juárez, Anzures, Polanco, Cuauhtémoc, Tabacalera, San Rafael, San Miguel Chapultepec or Centro Histórico.

If you’re outside these zones, no worries — we’ll share the closest meeting point within our pick-up area.

At what time would we be back on the City?

How much time do we spend on site?

Are meals included? Do we do stops for lunch?

Meals aren’t included, but don’t worry — we’ve got food stops planned!
We’ll grab breakfast around 9 AM.

Is Zip Line included?

As this is an express experience, we dont have scheduled time for the Zip Line, however customers, on their own, can skip some activities to do the Zip Line and meet the rest of the group at the end of the experience.

Do you offer overnight experience?

We don’t offer overnight experiences, but here’s a tip: you can book two tours — one for your arrival day and another for your departure day.

Just keep in mind the hotel at the site doesn’t take advance reservations, so it’s first come, first served.

Do I need to know how to swim?

No, the depth of the water will only reach your belly.

Yes, all our vehicles are equiped with A/C.
