While we arrive early to avoid crowds, we can’t guarantee the site will be empty — Tolantongo is a public destination and may have other visitors.
Teotihuacán is magical — but let’s be honest, it’s not as fun when it’s packed with crowds and souvenir stops.
That’s why we do things differently.
We pick you up bright and early (around 6:30 AM) right at your place — no chasing buses or meeting points.
You’ll arrive just as the gates open at 8:00 AM, before the crowds (and the heat). It’s the best time to soak in the energy of the place, take stunning photos, and wander in peace.

What time would you pick me up?
Between 6 and 7 am, a day prior to your experience around 5 pm we will send you a message with the exact pick up time

Where will you pick me up?
We’ll pick you up right at your place if you’re staying in one of these areas:
Condesa, Polanco, Juárez, Anzures, Tabacalera, Centro Histórico, Cuauhtémoc, Anáhuac, San Miguel Chapultepec, or San Rafael.
Staying outside this zone?
No worries — we’ll share the closest meeting point within our pick-up area to make things easy.

Can I climb the pyramids?
No, is not allowed by the site administration.

Is the only time you performe the experience?
Our public group tours are scheduled during what we believe is the best time to visit — early, calm, and crowd-free.
But if you book a private tour, the timing is up to you. We’ll adjust the experience to fit your schedule and pace.

Do we do stops for breakfast?
Since this is an express experience, we don’t have a scheduled breakfast stop — but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with a granola bar to start the day.
We can also make a quick stop for coffee or light snacks along the way if needed.
Still, we recommend bringing your own snacks or drinks, especially if you like to munch on the go.
